James brings more than 18 years of experience across building-services engineering, commercial specification and business development. He has built new markets, led commercial relationships and worked with designers, contractors and technology partners to deliver high-performing building solutions. At Stride, James applies that commercial and technical perspective to identifying opportunities and shaping sustainable, future-ready housing that delivers lasting value.

Ben Leatherland

Ben brings nearly 20 years of experience across building services, project delivery, construction management and business leadership. From his technical foundations through to his current role as Managing Director of Bespoke Air, he has developed a practical understanding of programme, quality, coordination and delivery risk. At Stride, Ben helps turn development intent into clear, buildable outcomes with disciplined execution at every stage.

Blake Wolfe

Director

Blake Wolfe

Blake brings more than 20 years of experience across residential and commercial construction, progressing from hands-on electrical work into supervision, project management, general management and company leadership as Director of Wolfe Industries. This breadth gives him a practical understanding of trade coordination, sequencing, quality and successful project delivery. At Stride, Blake applies that experience to strengthen execution, uphold quality and integrity, and maintain a clear focus on client satisfaction.
